Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CodeDance Pte. Ltd. (“CodeDance”, “we”) handles personal data in connection with this website, codedanceai.com.
Who we are
The data controller is CodeDance Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore under UEN 202621704H. Contact: founder@codedanceai.com.
What this website collects
This website is a set of static pages. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not ask you to create an account or submit a form.
Our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server and security logs when you load a page — including your IP address, browser user agent, and the URL requested. This is used to serve the site and protect it from abuse, and is retained only for as long as the provider's security logging requires.
If you email us
If you contact us — for example to request beta access — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you and to manage the beta waitlist. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing.
The StackPro product
StackPro, our product, is a separate application served from stackpro.app. Creating an account, generating sites, and any payment happen there, not on this website. That processing — account data, the content you create, and billing — is governed by the privacy terms presented inside the product at sign-up. This website carries no product data and sets no product cookies.
Third parties
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and network security for this website.
- Google Fonts — web fonts are loaded from Google's font service, which receives the request needed to deliver the font files.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email founder@codedanceai.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below.
